Energy Solutions and our Residential team play a key role in creating seamless charging and energy experiences for our customers. You will join a small high-impact team where your work will directly shape how Volvo Cars leads in the convergence of energy and mobility.
What youll do
We are looking for a Business Owner to join our Residential Energy Solutions this role you will take end-to-end ownership of initiatives that bring energy solutions into our customers homes.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Business Engineering Commercial Procurement Legal and Digital teams ensuring that customer-centric solutions are delivered effectively and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver specific initiatives products or services within the Residential Energy Business Area
- Develop business cases detailed plans and KPIs ensuring alignment with the BA strategy and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional pods to secure execution from concept to market launch
- Track progress monitor risks and drive issue resolution
- Conduct research and analysis on markets customers and competitors feeding insights into portfolio and strategy decisions
What youll bring
You would bring proven experience in business development product management or strategy execution in energy services mobility or adjacent industries. You would also bring strong skills inbusiness case development and cross-functional leadership. You have the ability to work in afast-moving evolving environment with both strategic and hands-on contributions along withpassion for sustainability innovation and customer-centric solutions. You bring strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
