Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Location: Bangalore Noth (Devanahalli)

What Youll Do

Be part of the engineering team located in Bengaluru (Devanhalli office) and work in a highly motivated Scrum team. You work as a Data Scientist in an agile development team according to the agile Scrum methodology.

• Prototype agents that can reason plan and take actions across tools and APIs.
• Develop memory and context strategies for long-running or multi-step tasks.
• Measure agent performance in terms of task success efficiency and trustworthiness.
• Design structured prompts templates and orchestration flows (e.g. POML or LangChain).
• Work with advanced RAG systems
• Work on Knowledge Graph Initiatives
• Hallunication reduction using the techniques like GraphRAG
• Test robustness against edge cases hallucinations or prompt injections.
• Automate prompt evaluation and optimization with metrics & A/B testing.
• Run experiments to measure user outcomes engagement and productivity gains.
• Define KPIs for GenAI applications (accuracy latency business impact).
• Use causal inference or reinforcement learning to optimize agent behavior.
• Partner with engineers on scalable deployment (APIs microservices vector DBs).
• Work with product managers to align AI capabilities with business workflows.
• Educate stakeholders on whats feasible safe and valuable with AI.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred. E Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science Applied Mathematics Statistics Engineering or related field
• 4 years of experience for Data Scientist in machine or AI research (industry research lab or advanced academic projects)
• Strong background in machine learning deep learning data mining and/or optimization
• Experience in model Evaluation & metrics perplexity BLEU ROUGE accuracy F1 calibration human-in-the-loop evaluation for generative outputs.
• Experience or strong understanding of fine-tuning methods LoRA prompt-tuning retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Prompt Engineering structured prompting few-shot chain-of-thought self-consistency
• Safety & Alignment guardrails ( Guidance Pydantic) monitoring for harmful behaviors.
• Evaluation of Agents and generative AI apps task success rates latency cost/efficiency tracking.
• Savvy with AI assisted code assist tools
• Write production-grade Java/Python code
• Work in a forward deployed engineering model for innovation projects
• High quality service and customer-oriented working attitude.
