• Automate AIDAs code deployment process through implementing CI/CD pipeline
• Integrate GenAI tools and practices into AIDAs development workflow
• Support security and compliance process as part of development workflow and regular audit
• Collaborate with platform engineering cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery processes

Make an Impact by:

• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using selected tooling
• Implement security-by-design principles across build test release and deployment stages
• Introduce automation for secrets management vulnerability scanning policy enforcement and compliance validation
• Implement security baselines and controls for code repositories infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Implement and monitor secure artifact and container registries
• Explore and implement use cases for GenAI in secure software development (e.g. AI-assisted code review automated documentation security linting)
• Implement guardrails and risk mitigation strategies for GenAI-enabled development processes
• Provide DevSecOps best practices and guidance to platform and engineering teams
• Contribute to operational readiness observability and incident response playbooks related to platform deployments

Skills for Success:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in DevOps cloud engineering or cybersecurity with at least 1 year focused on DevSecOps
• Experience with implementing and operating Atlassian GitLab and/or Azure DevOps platforms
• Understanding of cloud security practices networking and access control in hybrid environments
• Knowledge of integrating GenAI tools into developer workflows (e.g. GitHub Copilot
• Clear communicator who can explain complex technical risks and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and proactive comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
