YOUR ROLE:
The role of Senior Sales Manager plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. The role holds a significant position in our overall operations making it imperative for someone to provide comprehensive oversight and take charge of its sustained expansion and progression. This position requires extensive collaboration bringing together domain experts to craft go-to-market strategies that are in harmony with our companys objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends risk competitive landscape opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Identify market gaps and potential growth areas.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.
Sales Operations:
- Own and deliver on the overall go to market strategy.
- Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the industry.
- Understand client needs identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry associations.
- Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking
- Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
- Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with project management
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.
