Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Herefordshire to assist with the appointment of a Principal Public Rights of Way Officer on a 6.5-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 26.06 - 34.44 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Public Rights of Way team.
- Act as the professional lead on all Public Rights of Way-related matters.
- Develop and implement effective strategies processes and policies.
- Ensure the network is accessible safe and well maintained.
- Collaborate with Cabinet elected members senior managers and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven background in Public Rights of Way or related field.
- Experience developing and delivering strategies and policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive can-do attitude.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
