Responsibilities

  • Providing real-time online translation services during business meetings maintaining professional business etiquette ensuring accurate understanding between parties and offering expert suggestions to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with clients via virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom Teams) to understand their needs and provide clear actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven HR Expertise in France: Long-term experience working in the French HR industry with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies compensation frameworks corporate culture and employee relations.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
  • Remote Consulting Experience: Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze client challenges apply French HR best practices and offer practical compliant solutions.
