Responsibilities
- Delivering online consulting on French labor laws and employment policies (e.g. contract terms working hours termination procedures) to help clients maintain compliance.

Requirements
- Proven HR Expertise in France: Long-term experience working in the French HR industry with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies compensation frameworks corporate culture and employee relations.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
- Remote Consulting Experience: Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
