Immediate Opening as Local Senior Homecare Support

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day Join Healthcare Plus Pilsen as a Caregiver Floater. In this role youll support our clients and caregivers by stepping in when extra help is needed. Youll spend part of your time working in our Pilsen office and part of your time assisting clients in their homes.

What Youll Do

As a Caregiver Floater youll help keep everything running smoothly for our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Covering shifts when caregivers are unavailable and starting new cases as needed

• Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility support

• Helping with daily living tasks including meal preparation light housekeeping shopping and laundry

• Providing companionship and monitoring client well-being cleanliness and nutrition

• Documenting client activities and changes and reporting any concerns to supervisors

• Supporting the office team when not assigned to a client by assisting with paperwork documentation and organizing materials

Schedule and Location

• Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Based in the Pilsen area with both office work and client home visits

Qualifications

To succeed in this role youll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Valid drivers license clean driving record reliable vehicle and car insurance

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Flexibility to work in different home environments (pets smoking or cluttered conditions)
