Position: Physical Therapy Technician

Location: New Albany IN

Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem

Schedule: Weekdays - Varies
Compensation: Starting at $10.25 to $10.50/hour (pending experience)

Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting Come join our team as a Physical Therapy Technician! In this role you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities

Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions reactions or responses to treatment
Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up overseeing a specific program serving as OSHA coordinator etc.)
Clean sterilize and prepare equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences
CPR certification
First aid certification
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
