Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service and high-quality products
- Manage daily store operations including inventory equipment and staffing
- Train motivate and lead a team of baristas and staff members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork accountability and high performance
- Oversee scheduling and payroll to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to drive customer traffic and brand awareness
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in coffee shop or retail management
- Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems inventory management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Bachelors degree in business hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45000.00-$47000 per year
