DescriptionWe are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cloud migration programs for media platforms onto Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Major media companies are rethinking how they operate at global scale. Migrating large interdependent video platforms to the cloud is a high-stakes transformation that requires both technical depth and disciplined program management.
As a TPM you will own delivery of migration initiatives that span encoding and asset management playback workflows ad systems and global content delivery. These systems are intricate interconnected and often involve multiple engineering teams vendors and partner organizations. Your role is to bring order to this complexity: drive alignment across stakeholders manage dependencies and ensure predictable progress toward production migration.
You will balance bias for action with the discipline to ensure quality making confident decisions in the face of ambiguity. Youll proactively surface risks create visibility into program health and shape solutions that unblock delivery. With a data-driven mindset and a bias toward automation and AI-first practices youll scale your own impact and help teams work more effectively.
This role requires deep ownership without direct authority. Youll need to influence through clarity trust and accountability while navigating friction points in system-to-system and inter-team communication. Media experience is a strong plus but the core requirement is proven program management expertise in cloud migration of large-scale distributed platforms.

- Balance speed and quality enabling data-driven decisions under ambiguity.
- Apply automation and AI-first practices to program management reporting and productivity.
- Establish clear program metrics and communication mechanisms to ensure visibility and stakeholder confidence.
- Influence without direct authority by building trust and accountability across teams.
Qualifications
- 6 years of technical program management experience including leading cloud migration or transformation programs at scale.
- Proven success coordinating programs across multiple teams and organizations.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms distributed systems and migration best practices.
- Experience managing complex workflows in media (encoding playback ads asset management) is a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity resolve inter-team friction and drive durable progress.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and product leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to prioritize and advocate for resources.
- Passion for automation and AI-first approaches to improve program execution.
- BS in Computer Science Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
