Per Diem Hospice Aide
BroadReach Hospice is hiring a Per-Diem Hospice Aide.
In order to meet the needs of our community we are lookingto add a compassionate caring per-diemHospice Aide to our team. There is no fixed schedule you pick up shifts when you are available/when we need you.
Hospice Aide Responsibilities:
Providing direct patient care in patients homesas well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the midand lower Cape.
Assisting with patients ADLs (activities ofdaily living).
Following patients plan of care and completing documentation of care given.
Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.

Hospice Aide Requirements:
Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing AssistantLicense.
Experience with home health or hospice care ispreferred however finding the right candidate is most important to us soapplicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.
Hospice Aide Schedule:
The shifts available to pick up areMonday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour depending upon number of years of experience.
