Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally want the same. A Bartender with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.

Expectations

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.
Engage guests with friendly professional service and product knowledge.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area tools and glassware.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering supplies.
Adhere to all alcohol service laws safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote specials and drive traffic.
Contribute to seasonal drink menus and promotional events when applicable.

Qualification

1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment (sports bar and casual dining preferred).
TABC certification required.
Any relevant F&B or Mixology certification is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems scheduling tools and inventory software.

Ideal Candidate

Must be local or able to conveniently commute.
Deep knowledge of spirits wine beer and cocktail trends.
