Could you be the full-time Warranty Implementation Field Engineer (WI FE) in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in reliability growth and troubleshooting to a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring maximum train availability and supporting technical activities during commissioning validation and certification runs. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as the project team and services team) partner with external stakeholders like maintenance teams and train drivers and contribute to reliability growth through investigations data collection and field modifications.
Youll specifically take care of train configuration control and documentation management but also ensure compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes.
Well look to you for:
Providing technical support for reliability growth through investigations and data collection
Supporting troubleshooting activities to ensure maximum train availability
Contributing to field modifications and their implementation
Populating relevant failure databases (e.g. FRACAS RailSys Light)
Ensuring train configuration control and documentation management
Guaranteeing effective information flow within the depot and project team
Adhering to EHS rules and work-related processes

Associate degree in a technical major (preferred) or graduation from an engineering school
3-5 years of experience in technical fields either mechanical or electrical/electronics
General railway and product knowledge
Understanding of railway safety and RAM (Reliability Availability Maintainability)
Familiarity with EHS (Environment Health and Safety) standards
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong technical data management skills
Experience using relevant information systems (e.g. FRACAS RailSys Light)
Capacity to provide support for field modifications
