Location: Perth Amboy NJ 08861
Job Type: Contract Travel
Shift: Nights 3x12s
Pay Range: $55$60/hour ($2200$2400 per week)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Deliveryfor an exciting job in Perth Amboy NJ.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and care for laboring patients; assist physicians during labor delivery and recovery.
Create and follow individualized care plans.
Provide therapeutic nursing interventions including couplet care for mother and baby.
Document care accurately and according to professional standards.
Advocate for evidence-based practices in L&D care.
Provide patient- and family-centered care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active NJ RN license or multi-state compact RN license
Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Current BLS and NRP certifications
NIHSS certification
Minimum 1 year L&D nursing experience
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
ACLS certification
Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification
Previous travel nursing experience
