Residential Property Maintenance Technician
Full-time or Part-time Maintenance Technician for Residential Property.
Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
Complete proactive maintenance duties (replacing light bulbs fixing door hinges repairing wall damage gutter cleaning window washing etc.)
Completing quarterly assessments for all assigned sites.
Regularly assessing sites for safety concerns & reporting to supervisor
Pick up trash & debris
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Must have your own basic tools
Must be able to use a smartphone email text and complete electronic work orders
Contact and coordinating with outside venders (plumbers electricians contractors etc.)
Credit Card and Budget compliance- if granted a company credit card comply with all company policy and procedures.
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
Painting
Electrical a must
Plumbing a must
Minor Carpentry
Other building maintenance items as needed

Experience and Compensation
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position compensation is based on your experience.

Ø Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this program which include a medical and physical examination.
Ø Must be able to relate to and work with the disabled emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals in the program.
Ø Must be able to push pull move and/or carry a minimum of eighty (80) pounds a minimum distance of ten (10) feet.
