The Opportunity
Join us as a Financial Analyst 4 at Adobe in San Francisco where youll be part of an exceptionally skilled team driving world-class financial strategies. This role offers an outstanding chance to influence Adobes ambitious growth by delivering flawless financial analyses and insights. What youll Do
- Take charge of forecasting budgeting and reporting processes.
- Construct and manage reports dashboards and tools using Power BI Tableau and other visualization platforms.
- Conduct financial analysis scenario modeling and support consolidation efforts such as analyzing cloud and vendor expenditures.
- Collaborate with finance operations and business teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies.
- Foster improvements in carrying out tasks and deploy scalable solutions to sustain Adobes development.
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations using visuals and narratives.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Established skill in guiding and supervising intricate financial processes.
- Proficiency in financial analysis scenario modeling and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Skill to advance progress and establish scalable remedies.
- Outstanding communication skills to deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
