Job Summary
Position Overview:
The Dining Room Host plays a key role in ensuring guests have a clean welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant interior providing attentive guest service and supporting team operations with availability from 11am - 3pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the interior including tables floors windows and restrooms.
- Clean and sanitize tables promptly after guest use.
- Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- Take out trash and replace liners as needed.
- Restock restroom supplies (hand soap paper towels toilet paper sanitizer etc.)
- Perform deep cleaning tasks in designated store areas during scheduled day parts.
- Assist with wiping trays and when needed delivering orders to guests.
- Check in with guests frequently to clear trays refresh beverages and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Demonstrate courtesy attentiveness and professionalism at all times.
- Work with Team Leaders to ensure daily deep clean is completed.
