Location: Central Office - Chicagoland / Hybrid
Compensation: $85K$115K 10% Bonus Full Benefits
Were looking for an experienced Operations & Back Office Manager to help build and run the centralized office for our fast-growing roofing and exterior remodeling company. This is a hands-on role building job processing workflows-contract permit scheduling billing-and then growing into leading a team of 10 that supports multiple markets.
Manage and improve workflows for permitting scheduling billing and job processing
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all back-office functions
Partner with Sales Operations and Finance for seamless coordination
Track KPIs like permit turnaround job cycle time and job accuracy
Hire train and lead office staff as we expand
Support compliance audits and process automation
5 years in operations office management or construction administration
Experience with permitting inspections or compliance
Skilled in workflow design and CRMs/job management systems (AccuLynx ServiceTitan Salesforce etc.)
Organized detail-oriented and ready to build scalable systems
Leadership potential to grow into managing a team
Compensation
Base Salary: $85K$115K
Bonus: 10% tied to throughput accuracy and cycle time improvements
