The Departments Region 3 (Kingman) Office is seeking to fill its Customer Service Representative II position to provide over the counter services to the public and provide wide variety assistance with excellent customer service.
Major responsibilities include:
- Over the counter services such as; register watercraft inspect watercraft (when necessary) ensure validity of legal documentation of ownership issue new ownership documents assess fees collect revenue identify stolen watercraft and notify Law Enforcement enter revenue into POS register responsible for cash security and accountable inventory.
- Over the counter services such as issue licenses special licenses tags stamps and publications. Determine fees collect revenue responsible for publications license inventory and security of those items.
- Prepare daily reconciliation reports; run daily and weekly register reports.
- Monitor and respond to radio traffic for the radio room. Attend meetings serve on teams attend department events and training classes as assigned.
- Respond to public inquiries through mail in person over the Internet and phones. Answer questions about watercraft registration hunting fishing regulations where to hunt and fish injured or nuisance wildlife or urban wildlife issues. Prepare special mail outs for hunts special events sorts labels and stuff for mail outs.
- Purchase supplies goods and services for the region using Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) to process punch-outs and purchase orders.
- Process invoices on received products to make payments. Make travel arrangements for regional travelers using the Ghost Card. Process or assist with monthly Ghost Card/PCard purchases and reconcile the monthly statements.
- Work with regional budgets tracking expenditures inputting information onto budget spreadsheets. Research issues as they arise. Assists other programs at special events. Process travel claims employee reimbursement & seasonal fire paperwork.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The candidate will have knowledge of/in: Game and Fish Commission rules and orders; A.R.S. Title 5 Title 17 Title 33 and other applicable Arizona Revised Statutes; Dept Accounting Manual; Special License Manual; ATF Laws; Various city county state & Native American Regulations & Ordinances.
