• A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in Audit Business Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis role(s) in an international environment.
• Professional experience working in a multinational environment
• Excellent English language skills able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-evolving regulatory environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think in solutions
• Team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across functions
