SAP Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of 15 FTE SAP consultants and analysts. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that enhances productivity skill development and overall team success.
• Technical Expertise & Support Offer technical guidance and support to the team ensuring efficient and effective SAP system operations. Have a strong understanding of SAP modules ( S4/HANA ) such as SD / MM / FICO / EWM / PP / CS ( CPI / BTP )
• Business Process Alignment Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable SAP solutions ensuring that the system supports and optimizes business processes effectively.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between the internal SAP team external partners and our Digital team to ensure successful integration and delivery of solutions. Facilitate communication and maintain a high level of collaboration across different departments.
• Resource & Project Management Oversee resource allocation and prioritize tasks to maximize team efficiency. Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to define priorities for change requests day-to-day support and new projects.
• Continuous Improvement Champion a mindset of continuous improvement by challenging existing solutions and processes focusing on customer satisfaction and driving SAP digitization initiatives to enhance business value.

Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth SAP Knowledge: Comprehensive experience in SAP S4/HANA modules (SD MM FICO EWM PP CS) and emerging technologies like CPI and BTP.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Project Management: Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies including release upgrades.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt to changing business requirements and emerging technologies.
