Your opportunity
- Lead a high-performing team responsible for the seamless execution of all reporting functions across the EMEA region spanning a diverse range of products including hedge funds UCITs segregated mandates and ETFs
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of reports for both institutional and retail mandates with a strong emphasis on sustainable investing
- Drive innovation by leveraging technology to enhance reporting processes ensuring they evolve in line with dynamic portfolio strategies and client expectations
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture committed to excellence in every aspect of reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including investment teams brokers and custodians ensuring clear communication and alignment across all reporting activities
- Support and collaborate with the Operations Leadership in making strategic decisions to enhance the operating model data integrity quality and availability across the enterprise
- Assist in designing developing testing and implementing new processes and system enhancements to meet business requirements and improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with portfolio management technology product and distribution compliance legal and risk teams to develop procedures and protocols that support new and/or enhanced products and services
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines policies and regulations relating to global operations and represent the department in regulatory audits as required

Must have skills
- Direct experience managing cross functional reporting teams and processes within the Asset Management or Financial Services sector
- Substantial experience in preparing reports for both retail and institutional clients
- In-depth knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) reporting as well as other facets of sustainable reporting frameworks and processes
- Advanced expertise in third-party reporting solutions with a proven track record of successful implementation and process optimization through technological innovations
- Strong team management skills with an emphasis on developing talent within the team and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to build relationships across all levels promoting trust and collaboration
Nice to have skills
- Proven record of accomplishment in implementing data operations approaches and quality practices in large financial organizations enhancing data reliability and performance
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
