We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Operations Consultant to lead and support critical projects across payroll benefits and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical payroll expertise with process improvement skills and a strong understanding of employment social security and tax legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize HR systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Review and improve processes for sickness/leave of absence management.
- Review and establish key payroll benefits and HR operations processes.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of health insurance and pension contributions invoices and payroll results; implement proper data-accuracy checks.
- Review and update current benefits plans and processes with a particular focus on pensions and health insurance.
- Troubleshoot complex payroll and benefits issues.
- Provide training and guidance to the existing Payroll Team on legislative requirements data/document handling and payroll best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in payroll operations preferably with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of employment benefits and tax legislation (health insurance pensions car leasing taxation).
- Experience designing and implementing compliant processes for benefits administration.
- Analytical skills with a track record of performing reconciliations and data-accuracy checks.
- Ability to train and mentor others on payroll processes and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
