MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a highly regarded Milwaukee-based law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Partner to lead and grow the firms Commercial Litigation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business to join a well-managed entrepreneurial environment where youll have the freedom to develop your practice with full support.

What Youll Do

• Manage and expand a diverse commercial litigation practice in areas which could include:

  • Insurance defense & coverage

  • Subrogation

  • Business litigation

  • Medical malpractice defense

  • Construction litigation

  • Real estate disputes

• Provide strategic leadership mentor colleagues and guide the future of the litigation team.

• Handle true litigation worktrials hearings strategy and client development.
