GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable professional and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist & Benefits Navigator!
The HR Generalist & Benefits Navigator will assist staff in accessing company-provided benefits and community-based resources. This role will also support key HR processes such as new hire paperwork benefits administration background checks and staff short this role is a mix of HR work benefits guidance and being a friendly trusted resource for staff who need support.

The HR Generalist & Benefits Navigator will assist staff in accessing company-provided benefits and community-based resources. Some duties include:
- Benefits administration including managing enrollments changes and terminations
- Proctoring sections of new hire training as needed
- Helping staff navigate benefits (both company-provided and community resources)
- Meeting with new hires and current staff to explain benefits and PTO
- Keeping track of records and reports that support workforce stability
- Assisting with HR processes like I-9s background checks PTO payouts and performance documentation
Some qualifications:
- Associates degree minimally required (Social Work Human Services or related field preferred)
- Previous experience in HR case management benefits coordination or community navigation
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly approachable and comfortable talking in groups or one-on-one settings
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid computer skills
- Passion for helping others succeed and readiness to jump in where needed
