Job Summary

RN New Grad - Emergency Department

Start Date: December 8 2025

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital.

The Emergency Department is a 42 -bed Level 2 Trauma Center a comprehensive stroke center and home to Marylands only adult burn center.

Shifts:12 hour night shift 36 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland or Compact RN license
  • CPR certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Associate degree in nursing required BSN preferred or enrolled in first BSN course within18 months of hire and BSN completed within 4 years of hire
  • New Grad with ED clinicals and/or practicum or ED tech or EMT experience

Salary Range: Minimum35.02per hour - Maximum52.68per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
