Freelance Medical Annotator (Doctor) – Remote, US

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking licensed and practicing Medical Doctors (MD/DO) or international equivalents to join a short-term remote annotation project. As a freelance Medical Annotator you will apply your clinical expertise to review chat-based healthcare conversations and provide professional feedback on likely assessments and care plans. Your contributions will help ensure high-quality datasets that support advanced AI in healthcare applications.

Role Summary:

We are seeking licensed and practicing Medical Doctors (MD/DO) for an immediate remote short-term annotation project running October 8 to 15. In this role you will leverage your clinical experience to review and assess chat-based healthcare conversations providing expert judgment on likely assessments and care plans.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review transcripts from chat-based conversations between users and a virtual assistant in a healthcare setting.

• Offer feedback on appropriate clinical assessments and plans of care.

• Ensure your recommendations reflect current best practices and clinical standards in the U.S. healthcare environment.

• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality accurate annotations.

• Communicate and collaborate with the project team to ensure annotation quality.

• Medical Doctor (MD/DO) or international equivalent (MBBS MBChB Medical Diploma etc.).

• Fully licensed and actively practicing in the US.

• Minimum 1 year experience as an MD or MD equivalent.

• Excellent clinical reasoning and written communication skills in English (US).

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

• Available for the duration of the project: October 8 to 15.

Preferred:

• Experience with clinical chart review annotation or telemedicine.
