Key Responsibilities

Budget Management:Assist in preparing monitoring and reviewing budgets for multiple charter schools ensuring alignment with program goals and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis:Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends assess performance and develop financial projections and reports.
Compliance and Monitoring:Review and verify financial data ensuring compliance with federal state and local laws codes and regulations.
Forecasting and Modeling:Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for expenditures and revenues to support strategic planning.
Reporting:Prepare and present financial reports and performance dashboards to school management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

Analytical Skills:Strong ability to collect analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify risks trends and opportunities.
Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in financial software particularly Microsoft Excel for building financial models and analyzing data.
