Job Summary
The Perryman Company is looking for an enthusiastic motivated summer intern to join our Learning Development & Communications team!
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the Learning Development & Communications (LDC) Specialist with general administrative tasks departmental projects and day-to-day operations
- Support the creation of internal communications graphics and social media posts
- Assist with the creation and management of employee training
- Contribute to ongoing LDC projects by completing assigned tasks efficiently
- Gain exposure to different software systems (e.g. UKG Learning) and company policies through hands-on experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications Graphic Design or a related field
- Basic understanding of general communications principles
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office products (Word Excel Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud products (not required)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
