Lead UX Designer
Ft. Meade Area MD Government/Military
Clearance Required:TS/SCI with Polygraph
Full-Time Fully Funded $180K - $190K 40 Hours/Week

Were seeking detail-oriented security-clearedLead UX Designerto support a program in the Ft. Meade area. The successful candidate will be Responsible for leading the plan design and development activities to create the user experience for devices tools and systems.
What Youll Do
In this role you will:
- Establish interactive conventions and assist in gathering user requirements
- Mock-up user experiences participate in trade-off discussions with development teams and subject matter experts
- Analyzetool sets creating wireframes and helping customers to imagine new kinds of interactive techniques and technologies.
- Applyvisualization and screen design expertise to create a successful user experience.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10years as a UX Designer on programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/User Experience Design or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
In lieu of a Bachelors degree four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted
