The Role
Great Gray is looking to add a Systems Development Coordinator to our RPAGOperations team. This role combines UAT testing on a proprietary website for accurate user functionality with performing a variety of administrative and technical support tasks. Success in this position requires a proactive detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers with accuracy efficiency and professionalism.

Please note - this role works a Mon-Fri shift from 7:30AM PT - 4:30PM PT
Location
This position may work from our Las Vegas NV office. Great Gray currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive testing of the proprietary website to verify the accurate execution of programming requirements.
Create detailed requests for both corrective actions and new programming features.
Respond promptly to email inquiries and requests from clients and team members.
Manage and update documents on the website ensuring data accuracy and timely uploads.
Facilitate calls to assist users in resolving issues and enhancing their experience.
Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of accuracy in typing and data entry.
Ability to respond effectively to clients and team members with the judgment to escalate issues to management as needed.
Proficient problem-solving skills to address and resolve challenges.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a supportive work environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Entrepreneurial mindset to bring best practice ideas to the team.
