Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager SME Zscaler/Proxy Technology
In this role you will be responsible for Managing Enterprise Wide Internet services running on proxy solutions mainly Zscaler and McAfee
Your prime area of focus will be to handle Incidents drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains.
You will be expected to have deep expertise on leading proxy solutions like Zscaler McAfee and other related NW services like Firewalls Routers packet captures GRE tunnels VPN DNS services web filtering and url policy management. Working/conceptual knowledge on other integrated technologies like Cloud Okta/Active directory O365 services would be an additional advantage
Responsibilities
The Candidate must have work experience on Zscaler/Proxy solutions.
The candidate should be holding at hardcore 24X7 Ops experience
Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment
Define create and maintain proxy policies
root cause analysis and troubleshooting
PCAP capture and analysis Experience with authentication and SSL inspection configurations proxy automatic configuration (PAC) file testing/debugging.
Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Cloud Proxy Service
working experience with GRE Tunnels IPSec Tunnels NATting PAC file Logic
Strong knowledge on complex proxy solution designs which include SSL interception and content analysis.
Working with HTTP SSL SAML ADFS and proxy automatic configuration (PAC) files.
Network/Firewall knowledge including reading traces from various network diagnostic tools (i.e. WireShark Fiddler etc.)
Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) working experience with in a secure public cloud and integrating ZPA
Best Practices and Interoperability when Using PAC Files with Zscaler App PAC with GRE tunnels or IPSec Tunnels
Troubleshooting the Performance issues Connection Status Errors ZPA Authentication errors Browser Access Error Codes
Extensive Layer 1-7 knowledge Complex troubleshooting techniques (e.g. debugging latency issues authentication issues and application functionality issues).
Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT implementations across multiple towers including applications products etc.
Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal and partner stakeholders
Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with customer requirements
Provide Lead technical 3rd line support on all including complex Proxy issues - liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of new and existing products that come under the responsibility of the team
Handle change request according to our change control and risk review process
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Candidate with rich experience in Installation configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxy technology for Business environments
Experience in Installation configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Proxies
Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on various Proxy Layer7 technologies for e.g Zscaler Bluecoat McAfee Web Gateway
Advanced Network Security engineering skills (IPS Proxy Web filtering Email filtering Firewalls APT detection and Next gen firewalls)
Must have good understanding Firewalls like Checkpoint Palo Alto FortiGate Cisco ASA and Network Fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification in Proxy/ firewall /Networking
