Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its clients Childrens Residential Home team in Blackpool.
Are you an experienced Senior or Deputy Manager looking to advance your career in a supportive values-driven environment This is an exciting opportunity to join a small two-bed childrens home that provides care for children under the age of 11 who need kindness understanding and support to thrive.
Working closely with the Registered Manager youll strengthen your leadership skills and knowledge while being part of a wider management team. The role offers a clear pathway for career progression including funded Level 5 qualifications to prepare you for future leadership opportunities.
As Deputy Manager you will play a vital role in achieving the best possible outcomes for the children in our careleading with passion integrity and commitment.
