In this role you will
- Design & Develop: Craft scalable high-performance backend systems using Golang
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers frontend developers and DevOps engineers
- Innovate: Contribute to architectural decisions and system designs for new and existing projects
- Optimize: Ensure application performance scalability and security
- Mentor: Guide junior developers and uphold engineering best practices
What you will bring
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in backend development
- Proficiency in Golang and its ecosystem
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs gRPC and microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis or similar databases
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable with Git code reviews and agile development workflows
- Ability to write high-quality unit and integration tests
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in high-concurrency distributed systems
- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka RabbitMQ or NATS
- Knowledge of AWS/GCP or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana
- Contributions to open-source Golang projects
