About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the planning execution and monitoring of social media strategies across key platforms. This role will act as the key point of contact for brand managers and work closely with internal creative and community teams to deliver impactful content and drive measurable engagement.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Coordinate with creative teams to produce and publish engaging on-brand content.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights and reports.
Manage social media projects end-to-end for assigned brand managers.
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for each brand.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to align brand voice tone and community engagement strategies.
Present relevant social media case studies from other markets to inform and inspire brand strategy.
What you need to be great in this role:
4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple brand accounts.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
