Superintendent (HCAI Healthcare)

Location: Salinas Monterey County CA. (Local Candidates Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time on-site

Base salary: $120000 $160000 DOE

About the Role:

MyGreat Recruitment is hiring a Superintendent on behalf of our client for an on-site healthcare project in Salinas. You ll lead all field operations from mobilization through closeout owning safety schedule quality and coordination with subs inspectors and project stakeholders. The work is in active HCAI-occupied facilities (formerly OSHPD) so experience in Healthcare (live healthcare preferred) environments is essential.

Must-Haves

5 years supervising construction in HCAI-occupied facilities (live healthcare).
Proven success managing field operations: schedule subs materials QC safety production.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid driver s license (3 years) and ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor jobsite environment (bending kneeling lifting 40 lbs).

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or related field.
Working knowledge of: Procore PlanGrid Bluebeam Revit SketchUp AutoCAD Primavera P6 Navisworks MS Project Viewpoint.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Knowledge of SWPPP LEED and materials reuse best practices.

What You ll Do

Coordinate and supervise all field construction activities and self-perform crews.
Build and maintain a weekly look-ahead; co-create and update the master schedule.
Plan sequencing logistics and site setup to hit milestones and budgets.
Drive productivity track production goals and resolve constraints proactively.
Order materials/equipment and schedule inspections.
Lead safety on site identify hazards enforce policy and complete required training.
Maintain strong relationships with owners reps design teams AHJs and trade partners.
Ensure a clean organized compliant jobsite at all times.
