Job Summary

Travel RN- MedSurg / Telemetry (Night Shift)

Location: Burlington MA 01805

Duration: 13 week contract

Shift: Night(12) 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay: $2520 - $2664; (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings respond to changes in patient status.
Administer medications perform treatments and document nursing care accurately in EPIC.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Float to other units as needed within the RNs scope of practice.
Collaborate with physicians care teams and families to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Comply with infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
Licensure: Current Massachusetts RN License Required

Experience:

2 5 years of recent MS/Tele experience required
Trauma Level I experience highly preferred; Level II considered
Previous travel experience preferred
EPIC EMR experience required
