About the RoleThe Digital & Content Marketer will lead the creation of compelling content and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness boost customer engagement and drive e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate is a bilingual storyteller (Korean/English) with skills in writing design and video production who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content: social media posts blogs newsletters product descriptions and video scripts.
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram Facebook TikTok) and drive community engagement.
Collaborate with influencers and manage affiliate/partner marketing campaigns.
Produce graphics and videos using tools such as Canva Adobe Suite and CapCut.
Track performance with Google Analytics and social media insights; optimize campaigns for ROI.
Refine content strategies based on competitor analysis and industry trends.
Develop culturally relevant storytelling tailored to Korean-American and broader target audiences.
Minimum 2 years of content creation and planning experience.
5 years overall experience in digital marketing.
Strong skills in writing editing and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in SNS management and digital analytics tools.
Skilled in graphic and video production tools (Canva Adobe CapCut).
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (reading writing speaking).
Strong multitasking time management and adaptability skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or Media.
Agency experience (digital content or advertising).
Successful track record with influencer partnerships or community marketing.
Experience with SEO/SEM optimization.
Photography and video production/editing experience.
E-commerce or food industry marketing background.
