Job Summary
Role: PowerFlex Upgrade Specialist/Sr. Implementation Engineer
Location: Remote (Immediate Start)
Duration: 3 9 Months (Contract)
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
We are seeking experienced PowerFlex resources to support a high-priority upgrade initiative.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with PowerFlex Manager and prior involvement in PowerFlex upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform upgrades and maintenance on Dell PowerFlex environments.
Utilize PowerFlex Manager for system monitoring configuration and orchestration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to upgrade processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal downtime.
Document upgrade procedures and provide post-upgrade support as needed.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Dell PowerFlex and PowerFlex Manager.
Strong understanding of upgrade methodologies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple upgrade tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Details:
Resources will begin immediately or as soon as available.
Remote work is supported; time zone alignment may be required depending on project needs.
Contract duration is estimated between 3 to 9 months with potential for extension.
