JOB SUMMARY:

What youll be doing:

Set up time & labor lines for production engineering team member time entry
Create headcount analysis for annual Mid Term Business Plan
Oversee reporting for actual time worked by project
Work closely with A&F to reconcile monthly billing of time back to the projects
Troubleshoot MyTime issues with HR Payroll and ITx teams
Kaizen reporting methods to improve PE customer experience

Requirements:

Candidates should have a HS degree/some college or equivalent work experience. Ideally would have a bachelor s degree or relevant work experience
Microsoft Excel is mandatory
Timesheet or payrolling experience would be helpful
Knowledge of Kaizen reporting would be helpful
Experience with PowerBI is required
SAP Experience is a plus
Previous background or experience working at Client is a huge plus

Skills needed:

Candidates should have either a bachelor s degree or relevant work experience
