Under the direction and guidance of the Manager of Quality Assurance the Inspectors primary role will be to inspect incoming and in-process electronic assemblies and mechanical hardware. Primary duties will include assisting in the daily departmental functions of inspection and assisting in defect reporting.

Essential Functions:

Perform incoming in-process and final inspections on electronic assemblies and mechanical hardware.
Ensure that product is manufactured to the latest applicable configuration documentation.
Identify and segregate non-conforming product and prepare Defect Reports.
Certify and assists in maintaining ESD stations and monitor employee ESD compliance.
Certify and assists in maintaining equipment calibration.
Participate as a member within Material Review Board (MRB).
Assist in defect tracking and evaluation process (as directed by the Q.A. Manager).
Participate on cross functional teams to help drive continuous improvement.
May perform additional duties as assigned including working in other functional areas to cover absences or to balance the workload.
