Job Summary

Job Role: Salesforce Platform Engineer Apex & LWC Expert

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Term: W2 Only

Experience: 10 Years

Interviews: 2 Rounds Virtual

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow.

Translate business requirements into scalable robust Salesforce platform solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms and external databases.

Maintain Salesforce security models including roles profiles permission sets and sharing rules.

Collaborate with architects admins and QA teams to deliver high-quality tested and maintainable code.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical leadership to junior developers.

Review and optimize legacy code for performance and platform upgrades.

Maintain documentation for system architecture configurations and custom development.

Job Duties:

Develop Apex classes triggers batch jobs and scheduled tasks per design specifications.

Create and customize Salesforce objects page layouts Lightning components and workflows.

Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for performance-optimized user interfaces.

Ensure data quality governance and compliance using validation rules and automation.

Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git Jenkins Copado or Gearset.

Debug and resolve technical issues related to integrations triggers or custom apps.

Collaborate on solution design for Salesforce Clouds: Sales Service Experience and Marketing.

Support Salesforce deployment processes across sandbox and production environments.

Required Skill Sets:

Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science MIS or related field.

10 years of professional experience with Salesforce CRM development.

Strong command of Apex Visualforce SOQL and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

In-depth understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST SOAP Bulk API).

Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git Copado Jenkins).

Expertise in security sharing models and object relationships.

Experience developing within multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service Marketing).

Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (required).

Strong database skills (SQL/NoSQL) and experience integrating with external systems.

Proven track record in Agile teams including sprint planning demos and retrospectives.

Desired Skill Sets:

Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural thinking.

Experience with CPQ Einstein Analytics or Marketing Cloud.

Prior work on large-scale Salesforce implementations or migrations.

Ability to mentor junior developers and perform peer code reviews.

Effective communicator with the ability to present technical details to business users.
