Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Set up and operate CNC 5-Axis Milling Machines with minimal supervision
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers machines and processes
- Interpret and work from blueprint requirements
- Select appropriate tools and set feeds and speeds for machining operations
- Inspect machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure quality
- Work independently and maintain productivity
- Lift up to 70 lbs as required by the job
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tools equipment and machines
- Re-order tools and supplies as needed
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- Requires 4-5 years of experience in CNC 5-Axis milling setup and operations
