Position: Head MIS and amp; Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the MIS and amp; Planning function ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business performance to management.
Develop and maintain dashboards forecasts and strategic planning models to support decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational data highlight variances and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with business heads to drive efficiency cost control and profitability initiatives.
Implement systems and processes to strengthen data accuracy transparency and governance.
Manage and mentor the MIS team to achieve departmental objectives.
