Job Description
Position: Head MIS and amp; Planning
Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: CEO
Experience: 810 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the MIS and amp; Planning function ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business performance to management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards forecasts and strategic planning models to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data highlight variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with business heads to drive efficiency cost control and profitability initiatives.
- Implement systems and processes to strengthen data accuracy transparency and governance.
- Manage and mentor the MIS team to achieve departmental objectives.
