Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of Matric/Grade 12

Valid Drivers License

Minimum of 2 years professional working experience in a similar sales position with reasonable geographic knowledge

Capacity to take onboard and retain large volumes of information

Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure

Excellent communication organisational and costing skills

Very well groomed and presentable in appearance

Proficient in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)

Ability to generate creative solutions with excellent problem-solving skills

Computer literate in particular Excel Word and Outlook

Detail oriented and resourceful

Shipping (in-house training will be provided)

Knowledge of export and import clearing experience in coordinating freight logistics will be advantageous

Support the sales role by ensuring that all shipments are executed correctly

Communication with shipping companies to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Knowledge and basic understanding of South African and international customs clearance laws procedures and regulations for freight forwarding
