Job Description

A long standing Law Firm in Randburg is seeking a skilled Bonds Secretary to join their team!

Salary : Market Related

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum4 years experience as a Bonds Secretary
  • Experience with the 4 major banks Bond processes will be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Bond Registration procedures
  • Sound understanding of Conveyancing processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with a high volume of instructions
  • Proficiency in Conveyancing and Bank/Bond software Lexisconvey E4 Webconvey Stordoc - is beneficial

Key Responsibilities :
  • Handling Bond registrations and related transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with Banks processing guidelines
  • Liaising with banks clients and Attorneys to facilitate Bond transactions
  • Preparing and managing Bond documents and securities efficiently
  • Handling administrative tasks related to Bond matters
