Job Description
A long standing Law Firm in Randburg is seeking a skilled Bonds Secretary to join their team!
Salary : Market Related
Duties & Responsibilities
- Minimum4 years experience as a Bonds Secretary
- Experience with the 4 major banks Bond processes will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Bond Registration procedures
- Sound understanding of Conveyancing processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a high volume of instructions
- Proficiency in Conveyancing and Bank/Bond software Lexisconvey E4 Webconvey Stordoc - is beneficial
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling Bond registrations and related transactions
- Ensuring compliance with Banks processing guidelines
- Liaising with banks clients and Attorneys to facilitate Bond transactions
- Preparing and managing Bond documents and securities efficiently
- Handling administrative tasks related to Bond matters
