The LEAD (Lead Evolve Assess Discover) Program is an immersive development experience that builds well-rounded professionals and future Audit Compliance and Risk leaders. Participants in this program can expect robust and diverse experiences through four 6-month rotations across these organizations during which they will build critical skills establish and cultivate relationships and develop a strong understanding of the organization.
Our goal is to provide participants with broad exposure to multiple control function groups and create an appreciation for how each team supports our core mission of protecting Fidelity our customers and our associates. The rotations will be tailored to help each participant develop a strong risk mindset while also fostering a deeper understanding of the financial services industry Fidelitys products and services and associated risks and opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree preferred

The Value You Deliver
Participate in the Corporate Services College Hire Year 1 Development Program or other specific trainings designed to develop technical functional and industry skills that can be applied across Audit Compliance and Risk.
Further develop digital fluency through exposure to our Data Analytics and Tech Risk teams and targeted trainings.
Practical application of risk assessment methodologies across Fidelity businesses
including exposure to:
Market collateral and/or credit risk
Regulatory priorities
Fraud identification and prevention
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
