JOB DESCRIPTION :
Essential Requirements for the Position of TLM:
Product : Chronic
Vertical : Prescription Doctor Dealing
Academic: Graduate (Mandatory) - BSc. / BPharm (Preferred) / MBA / Post Graduate
Professional:
- Total Experience: <48 years of age with Minimum 15 years in Pharma Field sales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position (min 2 years as SLM)
- Prior experience as a SLM or TLM in one of the well-reputed Pharma companies
- Strong understanding of local customs healthcare practices and rural patient needs.
- Strong foundation in sales operations with a proven track record in direct sales
- Proven track record in team leadership
- Strong local engagement relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of rural healthcare dynamics
- Demonstrated success in leading developing & managing high performing teams
- Sound managerial and coordination skills
- Proven track record of continually surpassing stretched sales targets
- Prior exposure of the relevant regions familiarity with the assigned zone is essential
- Expertise in managing stockists / distributor relations
- Proficient in using digital tools for reporting and analysis to drive actionable strategic insights
- Constant drive and high motivational levels
- Should be open to relocation across the country
Role and Responsibility:
- Supervise and guide SLMs in the zone driving primary & secondary sales targets activation & assigned tasks for the zones
- Ensure targeted brand wise coverage and penetration
- Implement & monitor trade activations & schemes
- Conduct Bottom-up Sales forecasting & planning
- Monitor stock holding at distributor level to ensure freshness of stocks
- Maintain high standards of Market Hygiene
- Train & Mentor SLMs/FLMs ensuring overall holistic growth of SOs
- Foster a culture of performance accountability and continuous learning
- Focus on Frontline rep training and development of team.
- Develop and maintain healthy trade relations
- Ensure brand- focused training and development of Frontline reps guide SLMs/FLMs to formulate an effective detailing strategy
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales & market activities
- Effectively carry out market survey and/or any other assigned activities in market.
- Use and monitor Point of Sales material at chemist outlet level every day.
- Liaison with HQ for any query resolution from SLMs/FLMs/Field SEs
- Control operating expenses & optimize resource utilization
- Timely processing & forwarding of the claims
