Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide 1:1 care in the home for pediatric clients with special needs including autism intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and cerebral palsy (CP).
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the life of a child while working flexible shifts that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide safe nurturing and individualized care to children in their homes.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.
Support therapeutic and behavioral goals outlined in each clients care plan.
Communicate effectively with families and the BAYADA clinical team.
Requirements
Must be a CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) or CNA certification with required hours completed.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism IDD or CP.
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Compassion patience and genuine passion for pediatric care.
Compensation & Benefits
$22/hour
- Weekly Pay
$500 Sign-On Bonus
Flexible scheduling shifts available SundaySaturday 6:30 AM 9:30 PM (choose the hours that work best for you).
Both part-time and full-time hours available.
