Job Summary

At Naumi Auckland Airport we blend style comfort and personal service to create unforgettable stays. Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports it offers 193 spacious designer nests (rooms) with patios an outdoor swimming pool gym Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).

We are looking for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors who will support our Executive Housekeeper with full housekeeping operations of our lively and whimsical hotel. With the support of well-versed & dynamic Housekeeping team around you you will be motivated & encouraged to achieve your best and feel valued as you dedicate yourself to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay at Naumi.

This opportunity will also suit someone who has worked in housekeeping at luxury hotels and is looking for a step up. The role is approximately 32-hours per week between Monday to Sunday as per rosters.

What you will be doing..

  • Co-ordinate and support smooth day-to-day housekeeping operations of the hotel
  • Driving performance and engagement with the team and supporting the learning and development of all team members
  • Lead by example to ensure all housekeeping team members understand the customer service standards of a luxury hospitality facility
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and used in a correct manner
  • Daily monitoring of public areas corridors fire exits etc. ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Observe the systems and procedures in place in the housekeeping department and implement ongoing improvements
